3.学生自行办理时需带上学生证或一卡通；
4.代为办理，须携带签字委托书和相关证件。
在读证明办理流程：
第一步：学生填写附件，并打印，完成后送相关人员审核：中文版（李旋老师，办公室06507）、英文版（英语国交部，办公室06308）、法文版（朱彦羲老师，办公室06508），模板见附件；
第二步：陈昌盛副院长签字（办公室06509）；
第三步：唐林翔老师盖院章（办公室06513）。
